1. Who we are

RiskDiver is provided by Nomadopoly Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (number 17344194), registered office 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. Contact: support@riskdiver.com.

2. The service

RiskDiver monitors UK companies you choose, using public data from Companies House, and gives each a risk score built from named signals, with the evidence for each. It re-checks companies daily and can email alerts and a morning briefing. RiskDiver is for businesses; by subscribing you confirm you are acting for a business, not as a consumer.

3. Scores are indicators, not advice

Scores and signals come from public records and simple published rules. They are indicators that something may deserve a closer look — not credit ratings, not financial or legal advice, and not proof that a company is insolvent, dishonest or will fail to pay. Companies House data can be late, incomplete or wrong. Decisions about credit, trading terms and suppliers remain yours, and you should not rely on RiskDiver alone for them.

4. Plans and payment

Plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe: Starter £49 for 50 companies; Pro £99 for 250 companies; Enterprise £199 for 1,000 companies. Prices exclude VAT where VAT applies. Payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. If a payment fails we will tell you and may pause monitoring until it is resolved. We will give at least 30 days' notice of any price change.

5. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from Plan and billing. Your plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for and does not renew. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms, and will tell you why.

6. Acceptable use

Use RiskDiver lawfully and for your own business. Don't resell or republish its data or scores as a service, scrape or overload it, try to access other customers' data, or use it to make decisions about individuals. Share links show a company's public score and evidence; you are responsible for whom you send them to.

7. Your data

Your portfolio — the companies you monitor and what each relationship is worth — is yours and confidential. We use it only to provide the service. How we handle personal data is set out in our privacy notice.

8. Availability

We aim to keep RiskDiver running and accurate but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every change at Companies House will be detected on the day it happens.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, or losses from decisions made using RiskDiver, and our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.

10. Changes and law

We may update these terms and will tell you by email before material changes take effect. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
